SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

KALGOORLIE/BOULDER

Saltys offer complimentary same day delivery to postcodes 6430 and 6432 for items purchased before 2pm on Normal Business Day - Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 2pm or outside these normal business days or on public holidays will be delivered on the next available business day.

IN STORE PICKUP

Purchasers may opt to collect purchases from our Kalgoorlie store at 295 Hannan Street Kalgoorlie at no charge.

AUSTRALIA:

Saltys post all Australian orders with Australia Posts Express Post. Shipping prices may vary based on the size of the item. We offer free express shipping on all Australian orders over $150. Express post items come with a tracking number to be used on Australia Posts website so you may track your orders journey from our store to your door step.

INTERNATIONAL:

Saltys ships to the US and New Zealand only. All international orders are sent through Australia Posts Standard Shipping. Shipping prices may vary based on the size of the item. If you are interested in having an item sent to a country that we do not generally ship to please contact us at accounts@saltyssurf.com.au

RETURNS INFORMATION

Saltys is committed to customer satisfaction! We understand you cannot try garments on before purchasing, we are happy to provide you a refund via a credit to the account the payment was originally made from, should you post your garment/s back to us within 14 days of the date of purchase. (International returns 21 days).

Refunds are credited back to the bank account that the original purchase was drawn from.

Please take care sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer refunds on lost parcels.

Garments should be returned new, unused and with all original tags still attached in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. It is essential that returned items have not been worn, all labels are attached, and that you take care to protect the item/s when posting. If garments are marked by you, we have the right to return them to you and not authorise a refund.

We do not offer exchange or refund on sale items or accessories e.g., belts, scarves, jewellery, except in the case of a manufacturing fault. *Items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly, are not considered to be faulty, therefore are not eligible for exchange or refund.

We provide care labels on all of our garments to ensure they keep their original quality. For garments that specify dry clean only, we recommend the use of a specialty dry cleaner. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we do not accept them back for return.

Boxed/Packaged Goods: When returning boxed or packaged goods please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not accept your return.

Swimwear: Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.

Earrings, pierced jewellery, underwear (due to hygiene reasons), are unable to be returned on a change of mind basis. Refunds on these items will only be given: where product is deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer, does not do what it was intended to do Or is significantly different from the sample or description.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges: however if a purchase is returned because of an error by us, or a manufacturing fault, we will refund shipping costs in your refund/credit; otherwise the refund/credit will be the purchase price only.

Once parcels are collected from our office they are then property of Australia Post. Saltys Surf and Skate is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.

HOW TO RETURN

You can only obtain a refund for your online purchase by sending it back to our head office via the post.

Please contact us at accounts@saltyssurf.com.au to arrange a return and to confirm that your return will be valid.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.   Can I change my online order after I have placed it?

Once you click the “Confirm” button, your order begins to process and you are unable to make further changes. We are not able to combine orders or change sizes. If you make a mistake with your address, please contact us (via email at accounts@saltyssurf.com.au immediately, and we will endeavor to ensure the correction is made. If you are unhappy with your purchase or change your mind once it arrives, you're welcome to return it for a refund or credit (excludes shipping costs). Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

2.   Can I exchange my garment for a different size/style?

If you would like to exchange an online purchase for another style we suggest you re-purchase the garment you want online and then send back the unwanted garment for a refund.

3.   How do I return my garment?

Please enclose your filled out returns form and garments, and post back to us in the original Saltys Surf and Skate Bag, using a track able mail method.
